Victor Little first bought the business on 1/1/1993, which had been in existence for over 10 years under the previous owner.  We believe that PVC Bore Casing was first introduced by this company.

After purchasing DEPS it quickly expanded, in the first 6 months business doubled and in next second 6 months it quadrupled. The word quickly got around in the market that DEPS was the company to deal with.  For many years after, DEPS quietly expanded and gained a high reputation in the market. As the principal had spent the past 10 years in a hands on manager’s position, in a manufacturing company, many of these skills where implemented into DEPS, thus the reason for such quick growth.
